SYNAPSE WATCHDOG — DEVICE PROTECTION TERMS
MONTHLY DEVICE SECURITY SUBSCRIPTION
1. Your protection. WatchDog is a device-security subscription using SentinelOne endpoint detection and response and Huntress managed detection and response on supported computers and servers. Protection requires security software to be installed on each enrolled device. Signup or payment alone does not mean a device is protected. No security product can prevent every threat or data loss.
2. What this is not. This is not full managed IT. It does not include remote access to your computer, remote desktop support, general IT administration, onsite service, backups, hardware repairs, or a guaranteed response time. You must own the enrolled devices or have permission to protect them, keep backups, and follow the security software's installation requirements. Do not enter passwords or card details in this signup. Security software processes device and threat information to provide protection.
3. Your monthly subscription. Computers cost USD $11.99 each per month and servers USD $19.99 each per month. Your selected counts and total are shown before you agree. Any applicable taxes appear at secure checkout. Subscriptions are first charged at checkout and renew monthly until you turn off renewal. Device-count or price changes require a revised authorization. You may turn off renewal in your portal; service continues through the prepaid period. Paid periods are not automatically refunded, except as required by law. Ending a subscription does not itself remove installed software.
4. Your agreement. By entering your name and checking the acknowledgment, you consent to electronic records and use your entered name as your electronic signature. We retain the terms version, device counts, amount, consent, name, and timestamp; you can download a copy. Your subscription starts after successful payment at secure checkout. Your portal then displays a six-digit customer code for the WatchDog program. Device protection requires the supported security software to be installed and activated; payment or a customer code alone does not protect a device.
I authorize Synapse Tech to charge the payment method I provide through secure Base44 Payments checkout for 1 computers at $11.99 and 0 servers at $19.99, totaling USD 11.99 per month, plus any taxes disclosed at checkout. The first charge occurs at checkout; subsequent charges occur monthly on the subscription billing schedule until I cancel renewal. Card details are held by the payment processor, not collected in this portal. Changes to device counts or rates require a revised authorization. I can turn off renewal through the portal or contact Synapse; cancellation applies to future renewals and does not automatically refund the prepaid period, except as required by law. Checking the acknowledgment authorizes this monthly subscription; the first charge occurs only after I complete secure checkout.
