Clean up community room

Active Directory / DNS: Check for Hidden GPOs (Group Policy Objects). The outgoing admin may have set a policy that automatically reinstalls NinjaOne every time a computer restarts. Look for "Scheduled Tasks" in Windows that run PowerShell scripts. Backup Integrity: Check the Synology for existing backups. Immediately create a "Cold Backup" (a copy of the data onto a drive that you physically remove and take with you). Why: The previous admin may have set a "Logic Bomb" to delete backups after 30 days. Proxmox API Keys: Go to Datacenter > Permissions > API Tokens. Delete every single token. These allow control without a password.
